tips to make your eyeliner look better

first off,start off with a clean slate.after cleaning and moisturizing face,use a primer around eyes and also all over face.you dont need much.after doing this,use the gel eyeliner,it works best.put eyeliner on as you normally would and then take an eyeshadow color of your choice,preferably black or brownand put it over the eyeliner on your eyes,it will set and last longer.

These are really great tips! Gel eyeliner is really the best - not only it looks the nicest and stays the best, but it actually is the easiest to work with, especially if someone has a small-handled angle brush, as it gives the most control, and even the people with the least steady and really shaking hands can easily, step by step make a nice line (like me, haha)!
