Does long distance relationship exist in today's world ?

Long distance does exist in the world. There are many couple who have to move across countries to a job and still have that relationship at home. Maybe it's better for them but I think it envolves alot of trust.

Yes u are absolutely right, though i have heard about very few long distance relationships existing but most importantly, without the cooperation and support of both the partners it is not possible to have a smooth long distance relationship. Misunderstandings and tensions are bound to happen in any relationship but it gets even bigger if the relationship is long distance type. So it is the duty of both the partners to see to it that their bonding is not affected and stays intact with time. What say?

It does exist but very rare. Usually people will think twice to proceed with long distance relationship. One main criteria is the trust. It's very difficult to determine trust of the counter part when being located very far away to each other. Understanding each other is out of the point since they never being together so that they can understand each other. Understanding through communication through chat, email, phone or video call is not enough to understand each other in one relationship.

Im sure they do.. but isnt part of loving sharing and being close to each other?

We really can’t tell because some people who are engaged to such relationship has good experiences and some don’t. It really is a matter of trust with your partner and constant communication. Any miscommunication in such relationship will give out a negative effect on such relationship since distance and proximity can make or break in that type of relationship.

It does exist. I for one is committed in the same arrangement and although it's quite difficult, I get by just fine. Sometimes it takes more than a year for my husband to come home, we have miscommunications sometimes, we quarrel over email and text messages, it's just normal happenings minus his physical presence.

I truly believe that long distance relationship exists in today's world because I am the one who overcome the distance relationship. My boyfriend and I fell in love when I am at my first year on college. we have quarrel,and even to break up for some reasons. But we will get better soon. Now I and my boyfriend have overcome every difficulties. Four years' long distance relationship witnesses our deep love to each other. trust and patience are so important in long distance relationship. i can make it. now we live together since we cannot bear living in differnet places once again.If you believe, you will have one. that's true love I have.

You are absolutely right AnkitGurung.. We need patience for long distance relationships..Me has a long distance boyfriend,Very long distance..I love him so much even I dont see him everyday..I trust him just like how he trust me.The time will come when we decide to meet each other.
