Welcome to mylot I created my account several years ago, for verification it needed credit card and for fund transfer it needed a my bank account number.. recently i asked paypal, if i can remove that credit card and add debit card; it said; yes that was allowed. thanks for sharing

Linking your Paypal to a bank account or credit/debit card is only needed to lift the sending and withdrawing limits. This is basically what they call verification process. There are sites that do not require a verified Paypal account. However, due to increasing fraudulent activities accordingly of Paypal users, a lot of sites are now requiring that you have a verified Paypal account. So I guess to be on the safe side, I suggest you have your Paypal account verified by linking your bank account.

Well, one of the condition to have paypal account is you shall have a credit card or at least you have bank account, so i think it's difficult for you to register paypal account without have bank account, cos if your paypal account receive payment from mylot or other paying site you can't pull it. But, if you have a credit card, you can pull your payment. But, there are some paying site which will pay you directly from check so you don't need paypal account. That paying site are like writing.com or kind like that.
