greetings to all of you guys,we all know that pressure can be found at home and even in the office, and in life too, sometimes strict people around us create pressure to us like in the office,if our boss are very strict to us we might feel and experience pressure and get panic to and the result of our work sometimes is not good, even when we have a practice such in dancing, when our mentor are very strict we also experience pressure too right, what is your view here?do you feel and experience pressure once the mentor or your boss is a very strict person?why?how to deal with them and avoid panic mode?

I have been there. I never was one that could deal with stress very well. If I had a boss that was overbearing, I always let them know. I figured, look, we are all human. I have the right to voice my opinion no matter who it is. I have has pressure and stress in my marriage, now that she is gone it feels much much better. But I do suffer from depression and anxiety. I guess from all the years of building up stress and holding things in.

It is really pathetic to work with a strict boss, but somehow I have been lucky that none of the bosses interfered with much of my work. But recently my boss is trying to be strict and I am not liking it a bit and everyday I pray that he gets transferred as he has already completed his tenure of three years. Hope the next boss is a nice one.As far as dealing with strict boss is concerned, I avoid my boss as much as I can.

A strict mentor is them abusing their power. A mentor is somebody who is to lead you, not make you do things they don't want to do. The word boss has become synonymous with anger, most people don't like their boss but they are in charge. You don't have to respect the person but you do have to respect the position they hold. I've had strict bosses before, I didn't respect them and it went both ways. I think the people that are in charge should lead those under them, not push them around.

I really hate it when Im pressured by someone. Makes me wanna be still and not move. Lol
I wouldn't be able to function well really. But if its you boss thats pressuring you dont worry you'll get used to it since your boss does it all the time. Good luck!

When pressure is on, the maximum output will not come. So I prefer to work without pressure.

Yes, we are sometimes pressured at work. Our bosses are strict and they are really stressing us. I guess it will be better if we'll do what they want so that there'll be no more issues.

It depends. Most of the time, I can work really well under pressure,. because then I tell to myself I have to do it, and I can do it, so I have positive energies. But it can be overwhelming too, and sometimes I just give up - especially with my family but other mentors of mine as well, nothing ever is good for them that I do, and it's horrible, and sometimes I'm like, is it worth giving my soul, and get nothing back?

Certain pressure can improve work effiency, but too much pressure may make people stressed and hard to breath. Fortunately, my boss is a very kind person and I feel freely without any pressure.
