I always try to start a workout program but not yet able to do start for months. I search in the net and find out that there are some common mistakes that usually prevents us of doing exercise. Here are some of those common mistakes:
1. Failure to set goals.
2. No Pain, No Gain.
3. Weight Training Makes Women Bulky
4. Over-emphasizing strengths.
What do you think?

I agree with your list, well most of those items and especially number one. I do not agree with the "no pain, no gain" mentality. I think if someone has this mindset, they are more apt to get hurt. You do not have to be in "pain" to gain strengths. Also, with number four, this can be true. We should always build on our weakest points in the earliest part of the week when you have more opportunity to push that part. You won't strengthen your weaker points if you are always exercising your strongest muscles. Great list, and it looks like you have some really good thoughts to create an accomplished exercise schedule.
