I have come across many people in my life who are fed up with their job. They hate their job for the simple reason they think they are less motivated by their employers. But the fact is that you don't have to love your employer, but when you start liking your job, your professional skills grow and opportunities come to your way.

This somewhat is true, for some this is the reason why they don’t end up on a stable job or on their working environment or worse quit the job that they are working. Loving our job and the opportunity that we landed is somehow a good way to start your career. Regardless of how tough the job might be, we should always keep in mind to appreciate that we are gaining profit from it. We should keep in mind that there are other people that lines up to thousands and thousands of job interviews to land a job and you yourself is fortunate that you already have one. Remember that each and every day is a competition; it’s also beneficiate that we care to our present job because it will lead us to good possibilities in the future. We never know, we might get promoted because of our hard work and dedication.

That's one good way to it, but many would say that it is easier said than done, but I find that some people who have stayed long enough in their jobs have eventually learn to adopt to it and just maybe like it. So I guess patience is also the key here.

That's really true. The more they are hating their jobs, the more they get stressful. I hated my job at first because I thought it was boring. But when I started to accept and loved it, I became more productive which made me promoted to a higher position! :)

I agree; however, if you can't get along with the people you are working with you may find it hard to love your job or even like your job. Some people will undermine you no matter what you do or how well you do it. Having a job (especially if it's a job you were trained for) like this makes it hard to even like your job. It's usually the people in the company that make the job likeable or even fun. You could have the dirtiest job on the earth, and love it if the people you were working with made it fun.

sometimes it's hard to love your job if your boss hates you or not satisfied with your performance. but in some point I must agree that when you love your job, you'll do the best you can and in return, your boss will like you.

I think I need to disagree a little bit on your views. Sometimes even if you love your job, if you don't feel motivated by your employer, you still feel less. The best thing is to leave the job, find a place where you will be appreciated and your worth will be commended. After a day's job, and when you go home, you won't feel tired at all.

yes, we should take the job what we really like. Boss is not taking into consideration if you really like the job you take. You have motivation everyday by your job. That's simply good for one's career.
