New Job means new career and sadness

I love my new job. I'm learning new things and I enjoy it. The hard part is I only have little time to spend with my children. I miss them a lot. I hope that they'll understand why I need to be away everyday. I need to work for their future. It breaks my heart when my youngest son cry when I'm about to leave or when my daughter ask me stay but I can't.
I hope that they'll understand that I need to leave for work because I love them.

Most working mothers are undergoing this kind of experience. Don't worry you are not alone. Sometimes, we just have to do things not because we are happy doing it but because we need to. On our part being a mother, we certainly would love to stay at home and to look after our children. But things would not be easy this way, we need to work in order to help our spouse with our daily expenses.
I'm sure with proper explanation our children would understand. Just see to it that whenever we have time, we have to devote it to our family.
Have a nice day!

I am sure your kids will understand why you need to work.
Maybe all you need is to make them feel they are important.
Maybe you can give them a treat this coming holiday- a 2 days holiday with your kids alone (no work- no other activities)
Kids needs quality time with their parents too and not all about money

Hi Jaiho!
I totally agree with you, its not all about money. I do my best to spend quality time with my kids when ever I can. However, there are times that they want me but I can't and as a mother it hurts me a lot. I just hope that when they grow up they'll understand why I can't be with them.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and i know how it feels like being away from the family when the family needs u the most. I think that is really unfortunate but even u cant help.
I know your kids must be crying to spend some quality time with u but your work commitments are not letting u to do so. I hope they will understand your situation and i would pray and hope that in the future this situation changes so that u can spend more time with your children.
What say?
