It's the same thing with people who rely a lot of things from computers- for people who works online and home based job. They cannot leave their pc's or laptop for more than 30 minutes. As long as you are using your gadget for being productive then it's fine

As a rise in technology we have new mobile phone with new features and with new capabilities to meet our needs. At present an apps will make all our needs to simple. The apps the takes or helps to take the role of other gadgets. There is no doubt that we people have a good touch with those phones who makes our needs to simple. Keep enjoying. If you find you are much addicted to it. Keep an control on your mind by yourself. I don't find anything problem when you use your phone a long time or all the time with you but make sure that it do act as a disturbance to your basic activities to your life.

Maybe you could start doing outdoor activities like sports or just even casual walks outside (without bringing your phone, of course). I think that some people just need to have more activities that do not require the use of gadgets.

I had switch off wifi or 3G connection in my handset or we can stop sync option. other way is make notifications on silent mode and can check in your comfortable and free time. The problem is, it affect battery life very badly, so this way we can avoid.

It is very common these days people have the same feeling as you, including me. But later on I come to realize that it is more important for me to talk to my friends face to face. So I decided to put down my phone on purpose. Some time later I come to get used to the life without it. The key is not we can't live without phone, but we think we can't live without it.

hmm.. as for me, the longest that i have gone without my cellphone was 4 days! Well, since you use your smartphone basically for everything, I understand why you cant live more than 30 minutes without it. But too much technology and gadgets also has it's downsides. maybe you can try interacting physically with others more often. That could help.
