can we ever let go of our departed family memebers?

when you have loved someone and they pass away can you ever let go?is there a time when you dont think about them in a day?do some songs,actions or people forever remind you of that person.do you hope it was a dream and you will wake up and continue with life.when i watch movies where someone they thought dead was hiding away somewhere i wish it could happen to me.

yes, it is a matter of time and will. i know it is quite difficult to really get over the loss of our loved ones, but it takes a certain acceptance of that profound loss in our lives. in time, acceptance will come. do not force it nor pursue it. let it come in his own sweet time. and then, letting go won't be difficult as much as before.

Yes you can let go & but you can never forget them. Your memories with your loved one will always be in your heart forever.
If you think that your loved one is in a much happier place, it will be easier for you to accept that they've already gone ahead of you.
