well hello....this is the first time am trying a website to earn or voice what i feel i guess i will be needing existing users help to figure out how do the rewards i earned here get transferred to my bank account i get it i gotta open a pay pal account but how do i link it all in here?? any help in letting me understand this please do comment!:)

Nope, you won't get the payment straight to your bank account but yes through Paypal.
See above at the "preferences", that's where you can link your email address at the payment information :)
