I read a artical is how you spend your time which could be the key to unlock happiness, there are five principles for good use of time.
First, spend your time with the right person. As we know that people who spend time with other people tend to be happy, but equally important is with whom who they spend time.
Second, spend your time on the right activities.
Third, enjoy the experience without spending the time. the part of the brain responsible for feeling pleasure, the mesolimbiv dopamine system, can be actived when merely thinking about something pleasurable, the brain sometimes enjoys antiipating a reward more than receiving the reward.
Fourth,expand your time.
Having or perceiving that one had control over their time has been correlated to higher levels of happiness.
Fifth,be aware that happiness changes over time.Happiness is affected by a myriad of factors:culture, time and perhaps most importantly age.
Life is so hard, but if we can have a heart fulled of gratitute, life is so beautiful, just don;t forget to give smile to anyone your meet and yourself.

To be honest, when I saw this post I just went through the headings and was about to leave the page, but I decided to read the article and it was well worth to be read.
Just coming to your fifth point, I remember a quote from my friend who sent me a msg 3 days back, it says "The best Medicine in the world without any side-effect is a SMILING FACE..........keep smiling"
Thanks for sharing this beautiful article and have a nice day!!
