Hi mylotters,,
I'd like to get some healthy and useful food habits' suggestions.
I'm in a proper height to my age and not in size,which means i'm very thin.I don't eat much food,not more than 100g-750g per day and drinks more than 4ltrs.As i think,Which is why i'm not getting proper vitamins,proteins,fatsetc.
Whenever i try to do exercises i'll get tired in very next few minutes,due to lack of stamina.If i go to study,play,run or anything i just become very much tired.So i can't just be like this.Being thin doesn't have to do this but why am i experiencing both of these.
Plz let me know of variety of vegetarian foods to give end to my two weaknesses,lack of stamina and being thin/slim.

I am also very thin for my age and height so I know exactly what you are going through. If you cannot eat alot of food, because sometimes I can't. You could try drinking your calories. Like try drinking ensures, boost, or weight gainer calorie shakes. You could also try making homemade protein/calorie shakes and that should help increase your calorie intake and also help you get the right nutrients you need in your diet because most of these drinks that I have mentioned; have many vitamins and minerals in them.

i think you are getting tired cause your body is also feeling deprived.i think you should go for a blood count test to be sure you are not anemic.then try eatting alot more portions in a day.change the cooking of your food to give it more taste and if the need be browse for vegetarian recipes or join a cooking school.
