Instead of buying a goophone, I decided to finally buy a camera instead and then buy a secondhand korean mobile with it. It's a shame that I can't buy myself an iphone but I guess we need to learn to live within our means. I like the camera though. It took time for me to choose which digicam to buy and I finally decided grabbing Smasung ST66 as a gift for myself. I was supposed to buy the last canon stock in the mall but then I opted to buying the samsung camera because I liked how big and clear the LCD was (even though my friends have told me Canon is better known for it's camera). No regrets! I like it and this is really gonna be helpful especially now that I wanna be serious with my blogs and all.

Why buy a goophone? I think it's not a good idea to invest in such gadgets. Its good that you bought a camera instead of buying that knock-off iphone haha. The goophone has very mediocre specs, and for the money you could buy better cheap android phones such as the Cloudfone (which sports a crazy 4K mah battery and an 8MP camera) ;)

Yes. You are right. I realized that as well. I just don't want to risk buying a goophone.

Hi,
I was planning to get an all in one gadget via smartphone but having a separate gadgets for a photography use is a viable decision. Megapixels count, the higher the better. I was setting my eyes on a minimum 10Mp but only a few mobile got within that range so like you, its a dedicated camera I want too.

Smartphones that has high resolution camera are usually too expensive. I was looking into one sony xperia phone which I already forgot the model. It has 12 megapix cam but it worths more than 20,000 in Philippine Peso.

Hi miyazaki.
First of all you made a wonderful decision by deciding to buy a camera. I wonder why people use i phone. It is just waste of money unless you like showing off. And about the camera I think it was not a very good decision. Your friends were right that canon is a better player in this market but features play a more deciding player. And what is the use of LCD screen being clear?? I think you should have taken one of your friends who would have had interest in photography. Nevertheless I am glad that you are satisfied. In the end it is what matters. Anyways have a nice day...

Yeah. I have a very weird way of thinking I guess. Hahaha.. I just wouldn't like a camera who's display would easily get broken. The Canon powershot, the one they were supposed to give me was the last one they have on stock and it was the one that they had placed on display that's why I was a bit hesitant of buying it. It kind'a felt like I was buying secondhand. If only they had other stock though I would gladly buy it. Thanks for the response though!!!

Good choice. I would have went with the camera instead of the phone anyway. I mean the iPhone is nice too have but it won't get the clear good picture your Samsung camera is going to get. Plus your blog will increase in quality a lot if you use your camera right.

Yep. I think so too. I am enjoying my cam now. It may not be a DSLR but even so it can get clearer picture than a camera phone. (^.^)
