My sister is a nurse and she told me earlier about this fruit called Soursop (from Graviola Fruit tree) in English but here in the Philippines we call it Guyabano. It is this fruit that tastes delicious, with a sour taste that is really yummy. This fruit is prickly green.
So this fruit was labeled Miracle Fruit because it cures cancer and they said that it is 10,000 times stronger than chemo therapies. this fruit is kind of pricey compared to other fruits here but if this report is true, ohhh, forget it. I'll buy a ton and eat them all. Hahaha! SO what do you think?

Hi cessybear! I was about to log off when I saw your discussion. Speaking of cancer I have two hahaha! Cancer in the blood and cancer in my throat. I had an oral chemotherapy for my blood last January 2012. For my throat, doctors including one at UST hospital really told me that I needed an operation on my throat. Until now I did not have an operation on my throat. Anyway I am still alive... hahaha!
Yes, guyabano is really effective in fighting cancer cells. I have eaten a number of guyabano fruit...

Sounds interesting, I have never heard of it but will read up on it today. It is important to note that healing is all about preventative care also. There are a wide variety of cancer fighting fruits, herbs, spices and plants. It is not wise to focus on just one but in the mean time start adding a variety of these things to your diet to build your immune system for the future.

It has been used successfully in Jamaica. You take three leaves and two inched of the bark and simmer in water and drink it as a tea several times a day. It is really effective and yes, trials are still going on but I know two people that it helped

What kind of studies show that it's more-effective at 'keeping one cancer-free' than apple-cores are?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well even i have heard the same from some sources but i also got to know that there is still some research works going on in this regard and hence i would like every one to have patience till this news becomes officially accepted.
besides i would also appreciate if this fruit cures cancer as there are many people on this earth who are desperately waiting for the cancer to get cured. i think once it starts curing, the price will definitely drop for the people.
What say?
