LEGAL MURDER in the Philippines?

As we all know, murder is strictly prohibited in the Philippines and is penalized by law.. Now, who among you here will agree that this law is absolute? :) Battle of greatminds!

Well, there are still exceptions to all law. And making it absolute would not be implemented either. Anyways, making it absolute is not advisable because justice varies on case to case basis.
