i love interest category and that's why i chosed it. you know why i love it, is because, most frioends are far more better than family members. i know how this may sound to you but am telling you this in respect to my experience about friends and family so far. to me now, friends are far more better than and contributive than my family memebers. pls palz, i needs friends especially business orienated friends which i know too swell that here is one of the best place to get the kind of friends i wanna have now. friend request pls.

Family are family and no matter who you are your family would always be there for you even if you feel like you don't feel it. I love my friends as well, they are my second family but I am also closer to them, my friends knows my secret more and I see them often than I see my family.
I could share even my deepest and weirdest thoughts with friends but I cannot do that with my family. Yet... I know that my family will always be my family and there is nothing I can do that.

Some people will agree with you but then others will disagree with you. Every bodys family is different though. I have family that i now i can count on and tell things to but then there are other family members that i would rather take things to the grave with me then to tell them somethings.

I totally understand your point JDaw co's there are families that act weirdly, instead of helping you out they instead`put you down. My family (that includes my relatives :) are the meanest to me, but I prove myself to them and now they say good things to me already. I just don't care though co's what I care now is whenever I see them I would be okay.
True as well Frankoba, family are special people given to us as a gift from God. It's like the saying that goes "life (family) is like a box of chocolates, you'll never know what you will get". Once there given their given and they can't be exchange.

Sometimes I agree friends can be as or more important than family members. At least its that way in my family here.

true friendships are rare in this world. it is the true friend who will alwaysbe there f or you. you can not always say this of a faily member no matter how much love is confessed.

We are indeed part of a family and we do have friends to call our own friends. I won't argue with your perception about friendship and family for you have some reasons on your own. Life always challenge us... But whatever challenges we will encounter there are people we can rely into. I am glad to know you have friends like those you are referring to. Be thankful that you found true friends but don't forget to be part of your family.

We can pick our friends but we can not pick our family. Sometimes, the bond between friends does go deeper than the relationship with our family. Other times, our family will stick up with us and be there through the difficult times, better than our friends will. I find I appreciate both relationships. I have good friends but also, have good relationships with my family. I think it is important to keep a good balance with both friends and family.
