I had a dish of udon noodles with garlic sauce on them from the other day, 3 perogies, and half a chicken breasts (that is fulled with cheese and ham).
I threw them in a frying pan to heat them up, and that is my lunch.
I have the chicken thighs in the oven, I marinated them over night, then put them in a dish and poured the juices in so its covered in liquid and threw them in the oven.
I will then most likely break it up and put it in salads, and chicken salad sandwhiches as well (there are 8 thighs in total).
I have 1.5 bags of perogies, 2 chicken breasts marinated in honey dijon, 1 chicne breasts stuffed with cheese and ham, half a bag of frozen veggies, 1 bacon of store bacon, .5 bag of frozen cranberries, .5 bag of frozen mix berries, half a tub of pumpkin pie ice cream, half a bag of chocoalte chips, and half a bag of tortilleni pasta. In the fridge I have half a swuash (from last week I hope its still good), a mini bunch of bokchoy, a small bag of red onion, half a papya (for the brats), a bunch of celery (for the brats but I can eat it), bag of carrots (for the brats but again I can have a few), and a few bags of lettuce (which I plan on making salads), 2 packs of mushrooms, oh and spinach.
Also, in my cupboard a few packs of udon noodles, chinese noodles, tuna helper (i have to get the free tuna this week sometime), and one can of cream corn.
I wont need a meal on Saturday next weekend as I am going to a friends work CHristmas party, and Monday night as my work Christmas party.
I am trying to stretch this at least 3 weeks, I was more wondering what I can make with teh cranberries, and frozen fruit.

Many are very simple, and you can freeze them. I don't do anything fancy smancy either. Even steamed veggies over rice, with chicken is simple to make. With some added spices it makes the dish perfect.
Eating out and eating process foods all the time is very bad for one. I couldnt imagine eating it all the time.
What do you like eating? Maybe we can find you some recipes.

hi Ricki my son invented this raw cranberries , cool whip, thawed fruit
and pecans. You use a b lender to chop uo the cranberries and mix thejm with a tube of c ool whip and one favorite thawed fro zen fruit and finely chopped
'peccnas., it is delicious and f or non diabetics you may add a bit more'
sugar to it too. I have evedn put a little celrey in it and its still good
and heathy too.For me as a diabetic the cool whip sweetend the dish enough so it was not too tart.

I cook my cranberries in sugar and water to make a jam or jelly to eat as a side with chicken or turkey or anything else. It is good for you. If I were you I would still look at that squash first, as it needs to be eaten. Some people grind up their cranberry with apples and oranges. Cook the frozen mixed berries with a little sugar and corn starch for a sauce and serve it over pancakes or over your pumpkin ice cream. I like a salad made from spinach with cooked crumbled bacon, chopped mushrooms and red onions on it and a few berries included. You are making me hungry.

That sounds good, I think that's what I will do.
I've been wanting salads lately, I will cut up the mushrooms, onion, even put some of the bacon in it, with some cheese ontop with dressing. I know adding strawberries to my salads.
I will use the rest of the bacon for a cream potato adn soup recipe.

Sounds like your making out well with your meals. I'm just finishing up what I have left here and then when I get paid going shopping for some more food If I have enough money left after paying bills and paying off my next Christmas gift. Does everyone in your family buy their own food or do that take yours? If my dad eats my food he always pays me back with what he ate and I do the same thing, so it works out that way. We don't cook meals that often sine it's just the two of us but I like to cook a meal atleast twice a week then whatever is left over I just keep taking for lunches at work until it is gone. Hoping when I get paid I can buy more meat and burgers to make more things for meals. With the cranberries and frozen fruit you could probably make fruit parfaits to take for your lunches or something. Not sure what else you could really do but I'm sure you'll figure it out, good luck.

Hmm, you could use the cranberries to go along with some of the chicken and that would be something that would taste pretty good. As far as the frozen fruit goes, the thing that I would do is that I would use those to make smoothies that you could drink for breakfast or that you could make at some other point during the day as a meal replacement. I know that when I make smoothies, I don't tend to have an appetite again for several hours.
