Upon reflecting on, about different concerns and issues I have here in mylot. I have finally come to realize that... I should be thankful for those who are creating Discussions. Yes, thanks for your discussions, regardless of what your topic is. I realize that I may be too rigid and too selective to the topics I just want to answer. I thought some discussions are not important... but then I thought and said in my head, "hey, It is important to this person that's why she/he posted it as discussions". I have commented to some discussions that I am not really answering discussions that don't interest me. Now, I thought I should ... Don't object, I have the power to change my mind. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2725266.aspx ....and from now own, i will try to the best of my knowledge, experience and wisdom all the topics that I will be seeing here, as long as my time permits me and as long as the discussion has no tendency to be deleted. Thanks for the discussions....these discussions has made me an "active participant" in mylot. Keep on posting discussions... It is fun

Yes i do agree with you fully. By creating these discussions on various different different, variable topics our mind gets refreshed, our mind starts functioning properly and some times when not followed then our mind is disturbed as to why i can't response to those particular discussion. It is true that because of these discussions one is alert and active in his life. Best luck to you for your new assignment.

Its a good gesture on your part of thanking the discussion creators. We get opportunities to respond to discussions because of them. And we get a wide range of topics to choose from.

Thank goodness for this realization to come. Honestly i was hesistant to join other discussions that are sometime so ordinary. But these discussions are very useful. I get knowledge and chuckles. I agree, it made me an active participant too. Thank you for also sharing to us your opinion. Just be yourself. Not all opinions are meant to agree. We also need peopel to show us what others haven't done for us.

Well! My two friends, together. I will join you! You are both teachers. You should get along well together. But I can't stay. I have a lot of work to do. But I'll be back. It's early in the day for you guys, very early in the morning for me. I want to go to bed but have to much to do today. But I will sleep a lot later on! Mavic, very good. That is a good attitude. You are moving right along!

Yes Ms. Deazil, thanks so much. Good morning It is nice to see you in this box too. in a battle I don't to attack at all times. I need to protect my soldiers too, so a retreat is not a sign of cowardice. They are tired and need some rest, when we attack again tomorrow, whoaaa... it is full strength. oppsies not there.. i have my shield protecting me.. Retreaat.. Retreaaaaaaaat..... Retreaaaaaat... In the chess, game to be able to win, i need to take some defense moves too and not too often offense moves... let's say balance moves. In a baskeball game, I often hear the coach saying.. "the best offense is defense," whew.... defense!.. defense!!! Thanks again Ms. Deazil and happy mylotting.

@Mavic123456 You are such a sweet person. I enjoyed this post. Was very kind. It's not an easy task to answer every single discussion on here but I admire how you said "hey, It is important to this person that's why she/he posted it as discussions." Much respect to you! At the end of the day though, no one has to do anything that they don't wish to do. If you really don't feel interested in a topic, then there is no need to read. Not every discussion on here is our cup of tea and that's ok! As long as we are all being friendly, then there's nothing to worry about. To which we are very lucky to have such a site with so many wonderful and nice people.

@Mavic123456 No problem at all. I think you may have a better idea of how I work on here. I mean I know I told you but I'm sure you can see it now too. So you will be seeing more of your discussions being answered by me. Some people on here are already used to me answering all of their posts lol They understand how I am here.

I do think that the people that start discussions on here are very important, but I also think that the individuals that respond to discussions that other people have started are equally important. While I know that there are a lot of people that spend most of their time starting discussions and attending to the discussions that they've started. However, I am not one of those people. I spend most of my time responding to discussions that other mylotters have started and I also occasionally start a discussion of my own.

i think it's safe to say most mylotters answer a mix of light and serious topics, depending also on their mood and how much time they have. although most of us joined to earn, we'd like to enjoy our time here, too, and not make it feel like work. eventually, you learn to avoid those that will get deleted. but you also notice that you've answered a similar topic a few weeks or months ago. it can't be helped. what's hard is answering informative or inspirational discussions that later on gets deleted. turns out they are plagiarized posts. i can recognize and report them, but i feel sorry for those who lost earnings from participating in them. sometimes the reason a discussion wasn't noticed is because it's in the general interest. interaction is the key to enjoy while earning at mylot.

when we joined mylot, we agreed to abide by their rules and it's really our responsibility as members to read the guidelines and faq so we know what topics we should not be starting and not responding to. however, some still join discussions knowing it will be deleted because they want to enlighten the discussion-starter and others who might be reading it. now the problem with plagiarized discussions is they "look good" so we think we're answering a "quality" discussion that's safe from deletion, then puzzled when it disappears few days after. when a discussion we joined gets deleted, mylot notifies us via email that "your answer has been deleted because the question it was under was deleted". i already asked admin if it's possible for responders to also receive "due to plagiarism or copyright violation" as the specific reason for the deletion so they're not left wondering. his response: "that would involve changes to the inner workings of the system that i simply do not have access to. i will pass the suggestion along to our IT guys, but i can do no more than that." so for the meantime, i just keep reporting them.

such an act of generosity from these people. awww... but is it not embarrassing to know that it was deleted because of such. Hmmm.. i want to oppose but on the other hand, this will tend to warn the user not to plagiarize. I think what i want is that in that case, your earning will not be affected because you had no idea that the content was plagiarized and you have spent valuable time and contributed quality comment on it. Why be penalized with the mistake others committed when you just participated well? Note: I am not questioning on policy or regulations, I am just giving my views.

Oh yes, that's what I have in mind too, why bother and have a time of which topic should I be replying on or not. Through I am open to interaction though. Yes, that's my concern too hereandthere, It is too bad that a discussion's mistake and w suffer too, I mean, I have been participating a lot to most discussions and then suddenly that discussion will be deleted and the effort therein will be deducted. I wish it should not be deducted.. it is not the fault of the responders anyway, unless the responder was the one who violated a certain rule.

You're becoming my angel Mavic! With your topic, I find a whole new meaning of discussion.. And you made me realize that I was selfish in one point. Of course it's important for them as much how my topics are important for me. So next time, I will explore more beyond my experience and points of view.. Thanks!!!

Without discussions, mylot wouldn't be what it is, and no one would have anything to respond to. Starting discussions is important that is for sure, even though I prefer to respond to others instead of starting my own, as it is easier for me. I have started some discussions though, but not all that many, compared to others that start them everyday. I just can't seem to come up with interesting enough topics that users would want to respond to. That is the main reason, I respond, as I don't have to think about what to say, as I am not all that good in thinking. I am also thankful for those that start discussions, so I have something toi respond to. Take care, and have a very good day.

Well this is interesting! Creating discussion helps us to speak our minds out, and boosts out thinking. It's great that mylot hasnt provided a copy paste option for beginners. All that I/We write is totally from our brain. So, the comments we get to our discussions also help us to know more about the topic, no matter what it is.. You must answer discussions, I'm not saying all, but those who feel are really interesting enough, Express your views freely, But in such a manner that it shoudnt hurt anybodys feelings. We got to take care of that. So , just keep on discussing, speak your minds out and in this way, it will be great for people around the world to interact and know whats on their minds! Happy mylotting! :)
