My freind boss is stucking in his run, but keep losing money,leave or stay?

My freind boss is very subborn in stuking his run ,but keep losing money in 4years even selled his house ,a million debt on shoulder,he still keep his idea and way of running especially in marketing way.more money need to be pay on ads ,i try best in asking him change mind and way of marketing but not work, i donot know i should leave him or keep staying with him till the bankrupt comes!

I think it's time for you to find other opportunities. It's better to be safe than to be sorry, and if the attitude is the problem, then there's nothing you could do about it. If I were you, I'd find another job but not tell him until the time you find another one. Remember that it's difficult to find another job, it takes a person an average of 5 months (if you're really lucky) to 2 years to find a job these days. So, don't hang on to someone who has an attitude problem. Either way, you're not sure if he's loyal to you as well. Remember, you're not part-owner of this business. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Many thanks for your good suggestions ,very instructive to me,i will consider twice then have a knee to knee talk with him, i donnot want to hurt him on attitute emotionally. you said right,business is business, thank you laydee! all the best to you!
