My lovely German Shepherd! / myLot

I just thought I would share with you a picture of my dog, Maddie. I haven't seen her for about half a year now because I moved up the country and technically she is my dads dog. I miss her like mad though!

What an extraordinary face! She's very beautiful. And her face is so full of expression. I would miss her like crazy, too. I have cats but I love dogs as well. They're all wonderful animals. Thanks for sharing a great picture!

Awwww thanks ^__^ Yep, she's so lovely. People are often scared because she's a big dog but she would never bite them, as long as their intentions are good of course.

I know looks can be deceiving, but she doesn't look like she would bite anyone. She looks like a very sweet dog to me. Maybe it's just the expression on her face. There's something about the picture that just strikes me. Of course, I would expect a dog to probably bite someone that has bad intentions, but I'm speaking of ordinary circumstances.

Dogs become members of our family and we miss them when we are away. Hope you get home soon to reunite with Maddie.

She's so pretty! I love that look in her eyes and I love the white patch on her nose. You must miss her so much! It was great your dad was able to take care of her. There are cases when people have to abandon their pets because they move to another town. You were lucky.

I feel with you every year when I flight to Germany to visit my kids for three month I miss my three dogs and my family over here a lot! But more worse is it the other way when I come back home I start to miss my kids a lot and the knowing that I don't see them for the rest of the year doesn't help

@rainelockheart so sweet my hubby's favorite breed! We had a very large German Shepherd and such a sweetie! His name was Tex!

@RaineLockheart oh so sorry! Every time one of our dog pass away, I cry and Say I am not going through this heartbreak again, but end up getting another fur baby!

I love dogs and that is a beautiful Shepherd. My aunt used to have one like that years ago. And when he stood up on his hind legs he was taller then me.

I wonder how could you leave and let her without you! I love our dog so much, I can't imagine leaving her, not even for a few days! My wife has to travel quite often and she misses our dog so much, she calls me twice a day to ask how is she. (She doesn't ask ME how I am, but she surely asks about the dog

) I hope Maddie is fine back home, with your dad. How often do you visit them?
