It's time to sleep but I could not

It's already 11:03 in the evening but I can't sleep. I was sleepy a few minutes ago so I went to my room to sleep. But when I lied down, I feel alert again so I have to go back to the computer in order that I will become tired then will go to sleep.

I have been in the same situation for many times and I mostly hate it. It's the trying to sleep part that really gets me, because it becomes an effort instead of just naturally coming. In times like that, I either try to relax and just not think of anything or get up and do something, like mylotting, until I really get sleepy for sure.

I live in Mindanao, too and I know it's kind of selfish but part of me wishes that it would affect our area so that classes will be suspended, but like they say, be careful what you wish for, and to be honest I am not really sure I would like to experience another typhoon here. Let us all just hope and pray that it will just pass and not cause too much trouble.

Hi choybel how was your experience with the typhoon? There were no classes during that day. I was only at home cause we also have no work. Good that the rain was not very hard so that there were no floods but I am sorry for those who are in the areas which were most affected and flooded.

time is running out and we tend to get tired ,dont ever feel all the time about schedule and stress just relax as of now

Pahak, try to have a cup of warm milk before you go to sleep. If you still can't sleep, then try to read some interesting life story before you falls asleep. I always spend my time reading some nice and interesting story through my phone before i falls asleep. It is very refreshing and able to sleep well.

It happens to me too as I am a night bird. I decided not to feel worried if sleep didn`t come. Sometimes I go back to my computer, but I know that will not help me much to fall asleep. So most of the time, I go to bed and watch TV. Commercials are the best for falling asleep
