where is garbage went in your place ?

I am sutdent major in Environmental Engineering. I heard the recycle bank project in the USA..It seem to be a great idea.But does it worked? Here in China,garbage is big problem concerning to every city mayor.
Question One: what do you think of recycle bank project? why would it work?
Question Two: is garbage put in place? Like recyclable and noncyclable.

I haven't heard of that recycle bank project. If it is good, then, I think my country should be thinking of adapting it. I actually feel pity to people who are living in the very near of the dumping site here in my City and I think the government should already be thinking of doing something in order for them to be away from diseases as a result of the dumping site.

No body want to be close to garbage. But we produce garbage everyday. Someone have to live near the dumping site. More garbage we dump,more people live near garbage,right.

Its so sad even our country is facing this garbage problem. No solution is found yet.Not all solutions work for all countries. It depends upon the people and their way of dealing with things.
What ever project they prepare they should keep in mind about the habits of the people and how they react and co operate to it.
Its good if they separate the garbage as recyclable and non recyclable one but this too is not happening everywhere.

You are right.People's habits are important factors and should be taken into consideration seriously when a project comes into being. Separating the garbage is of great importance,bringing convenience later. Do you have good ideas to help people separate garbage?
