Dietary control and exercise . It’s true what they say – all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume.Identify your exercise . No exercise was created equal. You might like running, so run. You might like jogging, so jog. You might like stationary bikes, so bike stationarilyAvoid trans fats and high fructose corn syrup . I offer this suggestion for a few reasons.they’re not good for you anyway.

It's so simple, right? It's so simple that it's hard, because we have to change our eating habits, we have to change everything we've done in the past and start new habits. If exercise was foreign to us, we have to learn to pick up a 5 pound dumb bell and actually do something constructive with it. You are right though, we need to do all of these things, change the eating habits, start exercising, find something we enjoy like running, jogging, walking, kick boxing, etc...and stick with it. We have to watch all of our macros, how many carbs/protein/and fats? It's so easy, it's simple, but in the end it's hard, because the one we have to change is ourselves.
