I am 16 years old and it seems like every online site to make money wants you to be at least 18. I know some of them are for legal reasons, but I need a way to make legitimate money in my own time because right now I just don't have the time for a regular job. Does anyone know of a site where you can do this at 16?

CashCrate permits users between 13-18 years of age to register with parental consent. Swagbucks' minimum age is also 13. QuickRewards Network will let minors register as long as a parent/guardian emails their customer support address for a permission form that must be signed and faxed back to QR. FusionCash will also allow you to register with parental consent. Neobux doesn't have a minimum age requirement listed in their FAQ or TOS, but earnings are extremely slow there if you don't have referrals. Clixsense is a little better in terms of earnings than Neobux, and they'll let you register as long as you're 16. The only one that I haven't personally been paid by is FusionCash, because I waited too long with them to cash out and the majority of my earnings expired. If you join that site, you'll want to make sure you read through the terms and FAQ to see if they still have a limit on how long earnings will remain in your account.

That may actually be different for music217. She's not eligible to open her own PayPal account because of their age restrictions. She would have to have her parents open a Student Account for her with PayPal, and the verification process might not be the same for that account type as it is for adult accounts. @music217 - If nobody's mentioned it to you before, you can receive payments from websites with your own PayPal Student Account instead of having to use your parents' PayPal accounts for it. All you need to do is have your parents set up the account for you. http://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/student-accounts

I do have an account, I just haven't found any sites that don't decline me for my age besides this one.

I've heard of a lot of people that have lost their earnings of Fusion Cash because they have let too much time elapse from the time that they started doing their offers until the time that they requested their payment. Now for me, I've been with them for almost a year now and I've not had any kind of problem with them at all. I've been making payout on there almost every single month and I find that other than mylot, it really is my favorite site.

Try CloudCrowd! If you can join Facebook, and Mylot then you can work at the mentioned site. The only problem is how you will be paid. Check if PayPal does allow under 18s to open accounts with them. If so then you are good to go!

I am hoping to find some answers because I really don't have a way to get to a real job because I don't have my own car and my father doesn't want to drive me all over the place because he also has things he needs to do.

You can start writing articles or reviewing. I never look for the age restrictions because I don't have to, but I am sure that the age restriction for the reviewing sites is 16, you can try it!

Hi! I am sorry for the delayed answer! The sites that I am working on are based in Europe and I think that you need to have a UK account in order to get paid. A similar american version of them is Epinions but I am not sure about the age restrictions at that site.

The problem is most of these sites pay through Paypal. Even if the site allows those below 16 to join, you may not be able to open a Paypal account if you're not 18. So you need to find a site that doesn't pay through Paypal. But those sites that don't pay through Paypal mostly require you to be 18 so I really don't know of any site that will accept members that are below 18.

Hey, at 16 I would not really even be worrying about money. Worry about school and getting a good education so you can get a good job, and earn the money.

I would like to not have to worry about money, but I have to pay for all my clothing, my cellphone, my cosmetics, anything I want that isn't a necessity and I am going to have to pay for college. I have money saved but I can't spend that money because I put it away for college. I w,ould love to have more for college though because I don't want to have to take out a bunch of loans, plus I want to have money to put towards other things I want.
