Typhoon Pablo: What is to be expected when it hit Philippines?

As of 12NN, Monday, December 3, Typhoon Pablo has a 205- 250 current winds speed. It is really a super typhoon that will hit Philippines tomorrow at dawn. What do we expect? It will hit the Provinces of Cagayan de oro City, Bukidnon, Ozamis, Butuan, Surigao, Cebu, Dumaguete, Bohol, and Northern Palawan when it exit the Philippines. What will be the effect of this?
