There is no person in this world who does have any burden as such on them. Each one have some or other burden on them. The burden may be of various types like family burden, financial burden, study burden, office work burden, and so one. No one can run away from their burden. When we have burden on us most commonly we says "Hay I am having the burden on my head or he/she is having the burden on on his/her head". It is said don't take the Burden on your Head because these Burden may put you down, but rather take the Burden under your Feet, so that you can climb over the burden you have got and solve them out at your ease.

oh yes certainly agree with you. The person should know how the burden will not cripple him. The problem with us people, sometimes even it is not a burden we burden ourselves with it. Sometimes, all the thought that we should carry this burden even we are tired carrying them and lose control. Sometimes, we forget to put this burden and rest for awhile, regain strength and then, here we go again, carry if we need to. sometimes the burden we thought is a burden would just need freed, and we kept on holding on to it tightly, when it fact, it just need to let go. Do I make sense?

But my friend it does not works always, sometime it does work and most of the time it may bounce back also. So base on the situation we must act accordingly that will be the best solution

I don't consider it a burden but an opportunity to support one another. It would indeed be a better world if we all have the attitude that we are here to help, encourage and support one another. I have two sons in the military. They don't consider it a burden to serve their country, they consider it an honor. So, we can solve our problems a lot better if we have the attitude that it is an honor to serve, support and encourage one another.

This may be your views and I appreciate them. Helping other is always good and it gives tremendous pleasure also, but when this pleasure turns out to be daily routine on you it is nothing but the sort of burden your shoulder to complete it in time. If not then to whom you are helping will start cursing you. Such type of people do exist in the society that also you have to keep in mind

It seems easy to put it that way. But it really takes a lot of conditioning of the mind before we could really make ourselves function "normally". The best way that we can help ourselves to ease the burden is to at least have someone that we could talk to release the pain, tension, anger or disappointment.

You are correct when we have burden on our head or in life we become nervous and even loose our nerves on other. Under such situation we must remain cool and must try to release the burden one by one instead of running under pressure

Hi friend, you are right, each and every one is having their own responsibilities and duties and work hard to fulfill it. It is really hard to escape from our duties and burdens, we must do it properly, as you mentioned if we keep it in the head it will be over weight. just keep it under your feet and over come from it with your efforts and confidence

You are correct. Unless and until he/she perform their duties or fulfill their responsibilities they will never have a good living as such. Hence to complete their duties and responsibilities they have got burden on them which they always tries to reduce or solve out.

Sorry my friend I will not agree with you in this regards. Do you think Munis who stay in Himalayas have no worries? Then why they have gone away from their families and staying their? They must had some burden on them and to get relief from it they must be considered going and staying at Himalaya will be some relief for them and their life as such
