No remedy for this

I usually make calls to my friends in Philippines and also send text messages from my cell phone; but since last 3 months; the sms fail to pass though rupees 5 is deducted instantly; when I made calls; they go but the number displayed there is not my number; it is natural , the call was not replied; as my friend thought the call was from unknown person. On 30/11/12 and 1/12/12 I made calls from my mobile ending with numbers-53770, but the number displayed there were : +601112513101 : +60175964893 : +60102052944 : +60102052934 and : +60175964893. I got this information via email today; for evident reasons I am not disclosing the name of the mobile phone service provider. We use cell phones for sms, talking; but it is useless now for countries abroad, though good for numbers in India. Naturally I felt upset; I have filed several complaints; they say they are doing the needful, some intermediate agent in Hong Kong plays foul. Do you make overseas calls, send sms; do you face any problem? Please respond and share your views. Thanks in advance. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . 3/12/2012

I am not that fond of calling in abroad because it is too costly. I do send messages with my father in Saudi and I seldom call him. Maybe your service provider is experiencing a system break down. You must be patient for some time.
