my mind cant get off thinking about creating a business of mine but cant get the kind of money to establish something for myself and my people.

I dont actually understand your question. it is about capital, isn`t it? if you have good business plan, you can raise capital from local banks or venture funds... To begin to run a business yourself need much of preparation and determination!
