Today went very good for me. For those that don't know my husband went back to work last week after recovering from injuries from when he was in Iraq he has been out of work and on disability for the past five years. This is the start of his second week and over the weekend I was offer and accepted an online teaching job. Before I started home schooling my kids this year they went to public school and I worked as a teacher's aide. Today was my first in working this job. Im trying to get a good routine going I was up by 4 am this morning doing house work and preparing my lessons. I saw my husband off to work at 8 then got my children started on their lesson's then took care of my 3 year old and got her settled and occupied in some activites then I began teaching. I like this new job a lot however I will say it is a little different because I am used to face to face interaction. I get to still talk to the students and hear them talk but not seeing their faces is strange to me but I know I will get use to it. I taught for about 2 hours. Then gave them their homework for tomorrow and signed off then I tended to my own children. Then we took a break I made lunch, did a load of laundry and cleaned the kitchen and it's now a little after 2pm my 3 year old is napping and my older children are finishing up on their work. Then we will clean our work area up and tend to the rest of the afternoon and evening which will be chores and supper. So overall today went really good.

Wow that was really a busy day for you. I think you are such a very good wife and mom to your kids. I admire you for being a dedicated wife and mom. Not every woman can do the same things as yours. There are some who prefer working outside of the house instead of taking care of the kids. Some prefer to stay at home and take charge of the chores and taking care of the family. You are a working mom, maybe that wasn't very easy but since you love what you are doing, you are enjoying it. I believe that we find happiness and fulfillment in anything that inspires us like working for our family no matter how hard the job is.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. I am glad to hear that u had a tiring but a fruitful day. It is great that your husband is back to work again and that is what u wanted. I know the household responsibilities and the duty of teaching the children has fallen on your head but look at you, u have managed both of them so beautifully that it seemed as if it was your left hand's job. I know it is becoming a bit hectic for u but since u are enjoying it and managing it properly, it will never prove worthless for u.
What say?
