Good morning everyone! I'm still having that kind of sleepless night! See, its morning now but I am not unto sleeping! .
Well, for that Happy Up All Night times I have in my life, I'm loving it. I love being alone after to the world of noise and anything that annoys me. At least, these sleepless nights helps me enjoy the beauty of life God has given me!
Oh Insomnia, where are you came from?
For me, that insomnia is from me. Because I love spending a lots of time at mid-nights, to think, to enjoy the coldness of the wind and the sound of nothing, and I sometimes ignore the call of my dormancy and so I think that's how my Insomnia started.
Do you guys have Insomnia? Could you tell how it started? Is my suspicion's right? Thanks!

Nocturnal awakenings is an insomnia that is very common. I think you are experiencing a Middle-of-the-night insomnia (MOTN) which is characterized by difficulty returning to sleep after awakening either in the middle of the night, or too early in the morning.. You can find it in wikipedia for more:

I do feel happy that you are well during your insomnia time, I think you love the night. But we must also understand that the body should have a proper sleep. Sleeping the day is still not fully 100% effective than sleeping in the night.

Thanks for sharing this discussion. My insomnia started when I got addicted into playing online games and overnight sleepovers with my friend. Since then, I can't sleep on time or if I would want to, it's really hard. It wasn't actually that complicated for me because I understood why I have experienced insomnia. On the other hand, it was a good thing because it gave me a time to enhance my songwriting. I realized, too, that I'm good at doing things during nighttime. :)

it certainly is a wonderful discssion, answering your question,i believe it started when so many people had stress and pressure hitting them badly and when suspicion grew so much that it started transforming into insomnia anytime and it plays a great role in disturbing the mind all the time

Well I think your sensitive is one of the reason why you get the insomnia,if you getting more busy in the day time and do less thing when you go to bed, then I think your insomnia will be healed sooner or later.

I was there two nights ago. No matter how I close my eyes it's just let me take to rest. It's no fun being up all night knowing you have a 18 months old to look after during the day time, specially when she's such a handful.
It's just a chronic sleep disorder, that from a simple not getting sleep to a serious one. Sorry this is all I could contribute here. Try to relax your mind at night and drink milk.
