Blair, Tea and Skye think they can just go and find him. He must not be much of a CIA agent if they can. So one has to wonder if Tomas is really Alcazar or if he is really Tomas but took Alcazar's place in Port Charles as undercover for the CIA. Then one has to wonder if it was really Tomas who was married to Carly briefly and is the father of Skye's child. There are so many ways they can take this story line.
