I really wouldn't want this to happen again. Today I was rushing because I was trying to catch up with my time so I waited for a ride and hopped in immediately in the first ride I saw though it was a little bit full of passengers. Just then I noticed later on that everyone was looking at me, particularly on my SHOES!!! I looked down too and suddenly realized what I was wearing. There, my RUGGED, OLD, DIRTY, and almost TORN jogging shoes! I felt very embarrassed and didn't know what to do but I thought and said 'naah' I have to fight back. So what I did was I ignored them and pretended like I was feeling cool and that nothing's wrong! Urggh! haha Lesson? Avoid rushing and make sure everything is fine and good before making a 'move' Any experiences???

This is funny. We're you wearing an executive attire? You should install a big glass at the back of your door so when you are about to go out, you can still check at least verify what you are wearing.

No, and thank God I wasn't wearing such attire at that time, or else I should have shoot myself haha. I actually have a lot of big mirrors in my place but out of my 'rushing' I totally forgot to look at myself first before going out.

Well, the only experiences that i can share with you regarding rushing to be on time is i usually forget stuffs at home when i rush. And then i face the consequences...each time a learn a new lesson-Not to Hurry.

Yes my friend. There's a saying that goes like-'Time & Tide waits for None' and we have to plan evrything accordingly to avoid any last minute changes, rush activities and thus stay away from embarassment :)

At least you had shoes on! It could have been worse, could have been slippers! Many a time I have been late for work and had rushed to get dressed little realizing that I had my jumper on back to front! It was only when I got a few grins and remarks from my colleagues that I had to rush to the toilet to put it on the right way!

Haha that is superb! And there are some times that I actually put unmatched slippers too. This is really embarrassing :(

I lived in Kentucky for a short. Kentucky is a rather windy place too. It was a hot day so I wore my new skirt and walked to the store. There was a bus full of boys parked outside the shop. After I finished shopping, I waited for some friends to come out. A huge gust of wind blew my skirt right up and all the boys on the bus whistled and "Whoohoo" at me. Lesson for me? Don't wear short skirts in windy states.

Haha! you should be proud of yourself because you were able to get the attention of those boys :) Seriously I witnessed a lot of incidents like yours, in the mall, school, streets and parks. I wasn't really sure of what these girls felt during those times, whether they felt embarrassment or pride haha.

good preparation for tomorrow is a good way to avoid rushing or you just need to get up a little more early to prepare for what you need. Oh, you did the right thing just ignore how people look at you. Acting like normal, you are very cool. If I am in your situation, I will be shy.

Yes ma'am! Preparation is very important, and also the 'presence of mid'. I swear I wanted to go back home that time to change my shoes but I was thinking of that more important thing I was going to so I just ignored them haha

Well, Din happen with shoes, but once i had worn a shirt whose sleeves were torn . I don notice it as i was in a hurry to go to college.. My friends in the college did notice it! I was Like "Oh God Why" .... I coudnt rush back home to change, as college is far away from my home!... So we always need to check that everything is perfect...To be a perfect person in life...
