For some peoples, buy a house is not too important and they choose living in the apartment when they still young, but life is goes on, time is never cut, and then suddenly aware,,, so it's time to thinking how we get a house when we are young. I save 40% my money, 20% for my everyday needs, 40% for charity , and I believe in 5 years later I will built my home sweet home.

wow, you have such plan for your money. Quite good. I am amazing that you spend 40percent of your money for charity. You are so kind. I do believe you will have your own house five years later if you save 40percent of your month salary as you said.

Charity, why? Because after I give a charity I'm feeling good, and of course I got back the other money from the other person, and I don't know why, so I always say if you want to get something you must give something,,
