I love swimming too but I cannot go to pool because the weather is cloudy and raining a lot here. I usually go to swimming pool in a hotel near my home, we don't have swimming pool in my university (or maybe there is one I don't know where, because I never really explore my university )
I love swimming because I love playing in water, it's make me feel fresh.

Hehehehe...I'm too lazy to walk around my university, I only go to my class or library.
Yes I still can enjoy it near my house but we have to pay for the entrance because it is located in hotel. I want free swimming pool

Swimming is one of the very best exercised there is. Many of us do not have this available so enjoy it for the rest of us.

Oh, I miss swimming too. However, I can't swim. LOL. I just want to play with the water. The last we went swimming was last September. We celebrated our son's birthday. I hope we can go swimming again soon. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

Our family isn't able to afford a membership to a pool that is open year round, so I am only able to swim during the warmer months of the year, so it has been quite some time since I've been able to go swimming and I definitely have to admit that I do miss being able to go to the pool.
You see, in addition to the fact that swimming is a great form of cardiovascular exercise, it is also something that everyone in our family really does enjoy. I was a competitive swimmer from the time that I was young through high school and it appears to me that my children are following in my footsteps.

its good that your children follow your step too.
yes, swimming have a lot of benefit beside it, it just not all people can enjoy it for free. that why i can see swimming one of expensive sport too.
that's why i take the opportunities to learn it during my studies in my university.
there is one co-curriculum activities, so i can used the pool for free. heheh

That's good to know... Actually, every exercise is good but what we enjoy really suits us. Well, I don't know how to swim for I am afraid of drowning. But I am really always fascinated with swimmers and hoping to learn how to swim too.

I actually find swimming boring, it is very good for building lean muscle and making you fit, but just swimming up and down, up and down all the time, it's not for me, I would much rather go to the gym 3 times a week like I do and jog on the treadmill or cycle, these help me keep fit and lose weight.
