The Operation Manager hates me

Are you new in that company? Maybe she's still waiting for that time to talk to you. How about you talking to her first? You should give it a try. Or maybe ask somebody to ask her why is she doing that to you.

I hate when we have to prove ourselves over and over again. Maybe give your new boss some time, maybe he/she will come around. I am sure it is not easy being signaled out and ignored especially when you've put in the effort to do the best you can. I think that's all anyone can ask you to do. The majority of us do make our friends through work, school, and other areas of life where we are in constant contact with people, so I do hope he/she comes around. This Operation Manager will miss out on a lot if they don't. Good luck.

There are some managers who only lighten up when the employee has earned their respect. Usually these managers seem to be giving you the cold shoulder - they don't smile, they rarely engage in small talk, at times don't even acknowledge your presence. Take this as a challenge and keep doing your work to the best of your ability. If your manager is good, he'll be able to spot the good work you're doing and eventually will lighten up.

Maybe she likes you, secretly admires you, and this is maybe the reason why is she avoiding you :D :D

Hi, friend, Do you know the reason why she doesn't smile at you? As you say, she talks and laugh with your other officemates, it means that she is not a serious person. So I believe there is a reason for that. Maybe you should try to find out the reason. Try to be nice friendly to her and see that if she changes her attitude. Maybe she is waiting for you to talk to her first or smiles at her first. Or if you could, talk to her sincerely. Ask her if there is something wrong between you two.( Maybe it's not a good idea, I'm not sure about that.)Anyway, try to find out the reason. Hope you feel better soon.

maybe yu and her just donot have the same topic to share or talk. She does not really hates you. I know that it s really weird to get someone that does not like you. You have a sense of disappointment, right? You even think why doesn't she smile to you or just talk to you? If I were you, I will greet to her and try to find some topics to talk with her.
