Do you pay attention to the recently updated interests at the top of the page?

I think it is kind of interesting to see which interests get the most discussion and which don't. For the interests that haven't had a recent discussion started, I like to go start one or post there to try and spark conversation. It's always sad to see a topic that hasn't had any new discussions in years! How about you? Do you stick to your most popular interests, or do you like to try and revive old ones?

There are a couple of interests that I tend to respond to discussions from more than others but only slightly more than the other interests. I usually check discussions as they come in regardless of what interests they are under.I will respond to any discussion that i find interesting though i find discussions from certain interests easier to respond to than others.I have noticed that some interests tend to come up a lot more than others.I do think it is a shame that some interests very rarely get discussions started in them as there are some interests of mine that never have discussions started in.Which is a shame as i think i could have some very interesting discussions about.

but Gyita only if the persons posting know what they are talking about as our responses have to be relevant to the topic not just some words to make the discussion maker feel good.

I have noticed as well that many of my interests are A LOT more active that some of the rest. I, too, think it is a shame, because some of the other less-active interests could make for some great topics and great discussions. It would be great if everyone could go back and post some in the less-active discussions -- then they wouldn't be so inactive anymore!

For me, I will first check on my interest to post a reply. If I found less discussion that I can make a reply, then I will go for a new discussion that has no reply yet. I think it's better this way cause Mylot has very wide range of interest. I can just lost to read a topic of discussion without making a single post. Cause it's very interesting to read members discussion here.

I agree, myLot isn't just about posting, it's also a great place to just browse and learn about different topics and how different people see things as well! Personally, instead of posting on many different websites or forums, I can just discuss on myLot, it's like many sites all rolled into one! That's the great thing about the interests -- they help group people together who like the same thing.

I haven't even noticed whats up there! I'm all over the place....no responses, new, top, friends. I don't really have any starting place.

I'll tend to start all over the place as well, but sometimes I do think it is fun to see which of my interests are the most active. Also, sometimes if one of my interests that aren't normally that active appear on that banner at the top I'll take notice and check it out.

hi Guit yes of co urse but i do not go t o interests that I know nothing at all about as what good will that do anyone? Its rude to answer something you know nothing about just to put some words down.We are supposed to do quality responses that help the discussions along and help the discusser too. So I go to interest I know something about and also to old and new discussions. I jump all over as thats what is fun for me and I enjoy what I am doing which also helps to earn better too.+

I don't pay attention to the interests and how many discussions are being posted on them. I just reply to ones that my friends have posted and then once I'm done with that I'll go to the most recent posted discussions and post any that interests me. Sometimes I will start a new discussion in a topic that hasn't been used in awhile if I have something to say about it. That's my routine on here.
