Suggest Blog Server High Quality but Free

MyLotters, could you help me to review some blog servers that have high quality(relatively), but giving attracting features, like free to put on some ads, free from script error like frame, iframe, pop up, and preventing when it will be closed. Please, suggest me your review. I give you many thanks for helping me and others who is read this.

I suggest you blogger is the best for me because they provide a good themeplates and easy set up and configure.

Thanks for your advise. But, i'd tried blogger. The problem was when i make a blog site, i use it on autosurf program. Unfortunately, it's appear an preventive closing box. It makes me confused. I don't put any script to make that. Do you have any advise more?

I agree, but i'd a problem when i tried to use all of my autosurf program, my blog makes an preventing closed dialog box.. Do you have any advise to remove it manually or automatically?
