I suggest you to format and reinstall your windows and everything in your pc. I believe it will perform faster than what you experience now. I will always do this when I found my computer performing slower than it should be. But before that, I will try to clean up everything unnecessary from it like virus scan, cleaning cookies, uninstall and reinstall browser, update program that I have, etc. But usually it won't work as I want, so the last solution is to format and reinstall everything.

I've been formatting my computer atleast once every 3 months. I see no problem with them so far and I've been using them for more than a year now. I only use quick format option. After all, hard disk is cheap now. I think it's not a problem to format our hard disk frequently. I experienced formatting them 3 times in a day just because I testing few new software and it really harm my computer. Each time the windows crash, I just format and reinstall windows.

Okay, lets see. I've my pc within 4,5 years and my netbook at least 2,5 years. It's crash on HDD now. For several times, i'd formatted and reinstalled the operating system. The first sign about crashing is little creepy sound on my HDD, just like a sound of cricket on my HDD, but slower absolutely. It's happened after approximately 18 months.

Thanks for you advise. But, may be i'd done them. I've kaspersky antivirus, i'd used registry winner, windows 7 manager, ccleaner, etc to clean mine. I've used mozilla too, but it's be slower in time by time, now, i use the "fastest" browser based on mozilla, it's called "palemoon". But, my netbook is still slow down.

How much Free space is available in C: drive?
I hope you have an Antivirus installed in your PC. Update it and scan the system. Install CCleaner software in your system. Using CCleaner clean all the unwanted data. After this I feel your PC should work fine.

The response are almost right,
There's factor that your pc might slow cos of disk space, you should also run CCleaner, to delete some unnecessary files, like *broken shortcuts, etc* install an anti spyware, to block malwares that trying to access to your computer, update your PC daily using windows update, to make it more faster, add antivirus, and scan daily, delete unnecessary prgrams on control panel *programs* and, dont forget to defrag,

hi mate ! first of all delete extra anti virus, that is if you have more than one. install a good anti Malware. Malwares make computes really slow when connected to net. uninstall all additional tool bars. go to control panel and check , I'm sure additional tool bars are loaded on your web browser. and if you are ready to shell out some bucks then, purchase this software = tune up utilities 2013..

Check if you have spyware or virus in your computer. They usually cause slowness because most spyware or virus also connects to the net leaving you with very slow connection. If scanning with your antivirus is not helping you might need to reformat your computer.

Thanks for your suggestion. But, i'd done it all. I'd cleaned my computer with kaspersky, norton360, any registry cleaner, and format it several times.
It's slow down again just in a few days after formatting. Of course, it's appear when it's connected only.

It's not just your hardware and connection that may cause your computer to freeze up, it could also be your web browser: the program itself could be hogging resources causing your computer to freeze.
What web browser do you use?

I'm using "palemoon". It's kind of browser based on firefox, but having the chrome speed. I'm very satisfy about its work. For comparison, when i open palemoon, it's faster than firefox, IE, and chrome. This test i did without any connection to the internet.
But, if it's connected, firefox, chrome, and IE are more risky to make my pc more slow down until freeze.
