I am satisfied with a connection that connects me with my facebook, mylot, blogs and gmail, these all I care when I login. So if I cannot login to these... it means half and half. half angry, half irritated and half annoyed. hahaha.

I was a SmartBro subscriber before, but there were times that my connection got disconnected for a month. I have reported it to them though but they kept on telling me that some they will come to fix it but they don't, then at the end of the month they sent me a bill. Ahhh! I tell them to cut it co's I'm not getting them anymore.
Then now... I have... some kind of the same problem again!

Does it happen most of the time? If not, then maybe it is only an effect of the weather. But if this thing happens often, maybe its time for you to consider changing network.

Yeah, like everyday for more than two weeks now I think, I have told hubby to check on PLDT because they might have overlooked our payment and have disconnected our connection, but hubby said that it's happening not only to us but some people and establishment too.
I don't think there is better than PLDT here.
It's so annoying!

Thank you for the great info you've given me nino. This is very helpful, at least whenever this thing cut off I have several things to consider... at least in my mind.
The problem with changing provided is... the hassle of providing all the documents needed for that connection and paying more on the first month for the provider.
So.. what I do now... is taking advantage of the connection at least I get in the morning... while my baby is watching shows on tv. hahaha

Does this happen all the time? As in is this your internet provider's normal performance? Have you already called customer service? If your answer is yes in all the question and they did not do anything about it then you might as well find another provider. It is really hard plus annoying if things like this happen especially if you are aiming on something to be done.

My connection is better now. It has been not good for a month I think, during times when I have all the time to do mylot unlike now that I have other thing to do and mylot is just not my priority anymore. You know with all the Christmas activities and overnights at friends house, there is really no way that I can do mylot.
I haven't got the chance to do mylot this past week co's I was always away from home. I'm hoping though that I'll be able to get back and rock mylot world again this time that I have the time. It's good to be back again.
I am thankful that my connection now is better at least I can do all I want with nothing to fear about.

Last night I was having some problem with mylot.
Yes,only with mylot because I can do other things on the net faster other than mylot.
I feel so frustrated because I was out for two days and haven't got the chance to spend mylotting and earnings is too low.
So last night I was free and decided to spend more time mylotting to make up with the loss...but too bad mylot page load too slow and sometimes I lost the page as well.
I hope today it's going to be smoother than last night...duh

When my connection was just fine... I have trouble with mylot, I have responded to loads of discussion but when I hit post comment it won't let me and would made me do it again.
At least now... I don't have trouble with it anymore, but has loads of trouble with my internet connection. It's the same with me too, I have little earnings here... so little co's I cannot do a lot of mylot.

I think it depends in your location.... I am also a PLDT subscriber... I have a 3.5 Mbps connection..and its speed is much better for me.. but sometimes I got disconnection too...
Anyway, what's your internet speed eh?? You should report it in PLDt if you don't get the internet speed you paid for....

My connection was great until just a few weeks ago. I've been a subscriber of this network for more than a year and it really does me good. But now.. there seems a certain time that there is connection and most of the time... it's form slow to nothing at all.
This internet connection is robbing me off my online earnings and other responsibility. How I really wish that things will be back to normal that every time I want to get connected, this connection won't fail me. :(

File a complaint to PLDT using their customer service email and specify your difficulties. This should be attended accordingly and timely since you are paying them on time. if you don't report this to them. They will consider your side has no problem at all. Because you are not complaining.

Thanks, I will definitely consider your suggestion the next time I got the same problem with our internet provider. As of now things are really cool and has been back to normal.
You are right actually, if a client like me would not tell them the problem I'm having with them, they will never know and consider that all is good with their clients.

The connection would only takes an hour or two then it will go away again. Not enough to do all my online jobs and definitely not enough to do mylot.
This has been like this seems like two weeks already. It's really annoying when I want to do things online at night but no matter how I re-start my computer it is still no good!.
