Myself ,from a country where the English royal family has no bearing on my daily lives still cannot help but be fascinated by that family. and of course not fanatically but still follow news of developments. There is something about Prince William and Harry that occupys a very sentimental spot, because i can remember where i was when Princess Diana got married to Charles, could not avoid it ,whatever country you are in , i was in my teens back in the 80s and had the Diana hairstyle and just loved her charm and demure.. So is it any surprise, when William and then Hary was born , we will take to them so easily, i or we actually saw them grow up right before our eyes, from when Princess Diana cradling William as an infant to videos of them as toddlers to their formative schooling years and of course the tragic event of Princess D and them walking behind the casket,our hearts going out for them, to his graduation and becoming an officer and of course the royal wedding..well ...if that doesnt make you think ,reflect,reminisce.. well i couldn't help it, when i read the news that Kate Middleton is going to have a baby , my mind just went back to the image of prince William as a baby then as the teen pin up as a very handsome prince. my point is that , goddness, how time flies , that baby prince ( seemed like only yesterday) is going to be a dad..and the tune from the old Toys R Us commercial keeps playing in my head .(I don't wanna grow up..i am a Toy R Us kid) .
