I had a friend who told me that a few month, along that period she often confide to her close friend at office but the longer they are more familiar relationship but both of them known if they had their own household to take care.

Me thinks you need to stay clear away from getting involve with these co-workers. None of your business. It's their business if they want to screw up their lives. Not your business. Otherwise, what you just told MyLot is office gossip. So, stay on friendly, professional terms with these and other co-workers and stay away from getting involved in their personal business and stay away from the gossip. Gossip only makes the situation worse. Go home and give your family members a big hug each and focus on your own family.
