Soothing Beautiful Sunset in the Philippines

Beautiful Sunset - This photo is taken December 5, 2012 at Barangay Ipil beach just around 6:00pm. This barangay is 13 to 15 minutes drive from the city...No car of your own? You don't need to worry because there are lots of trips going to this place...You may want to stay here there are hotels and resorts nearby. It's more fun in the Philippines, right?

Just this afternoon, I and 5 others Frs. Ike, Jerry and Denish, Nong Bebot, and Toto went to Barangay Ipil beach to unwind ourselves from a days hectic schedules. Just far at the distance looking at the sun beginning to set at the horizon, my heart beats faster. I knew this feeling, there's something inside that would like to cherish the awesome scenery at the countryside you seldom experience in the middle of the city. The beautiful red-yellow colors plus the soothing breeze and enchanted sound of the waves just exactly the sounds of nature you needed to lift your souls from stress. Have you ever gone to any countryside and experience the same soothing and relaxing natural scenery? It's all free!

Oh, you didn't even mention your province! Where's that Ipil beach?? It is really relaxing to go to to a countryside and see the sunset... Here in Manila.. I think it is a luxury to go to a place you mentioned... If we could find time and money...

I'm sorry I failed to mention our province. We're in the province of Surigao del Norte. Yeah, going to countryside when you're in Manila is a luxury because it's very expensive to travel in Manila. Even you have your own car, you need much money for gasoline besides from the food you need to prepare. And just to think of traveling to the province is already exhausting because of traffic and heat...Anyway, there's always a difference between highly urbanized city and the province. If you want to spend sometimes here in Surigao you can contact me. I can facilitate even to Surfing Capital of the Philippines - Siargao Islands. But I can't promise to accompany you in the journey because of my ministerial job at the church. I can only instruct you and find some contacts here to help you along the way.

Truly the sunset is so amazing specially those that can be seen from the seaside. The vast sea adds another breathtaking and refreshing view to the sunset being viewed. Lucky are those the lives near such places , because they always get to see a nice view of sunset, with the sea on the background too.

That is truly an amazing experience. Watching sunsets and even sunrise can make you feel so good especially when you live in the city. I, for one, treasure simple moments like these, especially since I was used to seeing the sunset when I was younger. But, when I moved to the city for college and eventually for work, things changed. The simple moments with nature such as these can only be done when I'm back at my hometown or when I am go out of town to travel and enjoy the beach. Sunset at the beach are amazing, and sunrises on top of a mountain are enchanting too.
