Being on such working environment is not easy, and no one wants to be on the situation that you are working yet you feel violated from your right like someone is commanding you every step of the way. The thing you need to do though is to stand up and know your rights.
As an employee, you should read the terms of your company, read it’s job description in that way you are able to tell yourself which tasks applies to your position and which workloads are not. Some Boss goes over the line of the tasks they put into their employees mainly because employees didn’t know their rights or hasn’t know them yet. So best to do is to know your rights and read out the Labor Code. One can make a complaint to such agencies on Employers maltreating their employees also, talk to your company’s Human Resource Management team and complain the issue. In that way they can help you with your complaint and can correct your Employer on such behaviour.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, if your colleagues at your workplace are supportive and friendly then half of your work is done already. This helps in maintaining a jovial and a competitive environment which helps each one to grow personally and professionally.
But the presence of an authoritarian boss can spoil every thing and hence he needs to be handled properly and efforts should be done to appease him or her with your best possible work and output.
What say?
