Sick but still up and about

After a very very hectic schedule of dance practice,crusade,baptism and visiting friends and relatives last week, I found myself with a sore thoat,backache and asthma with this cold December weather and still fixing my room and doing my laundry today. There is no time to get sick...but I hope I get a full rest after this and just relax without thinking about what I have left to do and what I will do next on the list!

Do not punish yourself with too much work. Do things at your own pace. Do have time to relax during the weekend. If you really need to do something, then ask for somebody to help you.

Not unless you are Wonder Woman, then you need nobody's help! But seriously, there is nothing wrong if you ask help from others- it lessens the time that you need to work on a task plus, it doesn't burden you that much.

I hope you are in the pink of health by now.
Yes, it is good if you can have a total with
full relax, mind and body! Once you have fully
recuperate, you will have more energy to achieve

Get well soon.
Just try to fix things one by one - do not over stress yourself to avoid more health problems.
I am also busy on with the past month and now I am trying to make up on other things that are left behind.
Number one is my mylot activity- I miss a lot that is why I am here scanning old topics from friends list and also trying to see update from new ones.

I too was sick for about 3 weeks with flu, sore throat and cough.
You should now stay relax and think nothing but good and happy
moment. I believe you will have speedy recovery soon! Take care.

Relax and take rest. Do not force yourself to do a lot of work. Health is very important. Take care of yourself okay. :)
