Locate Your Good Friend

Friendship is in different forms. It all depends on what classification you have tagged your friendship. On the whole, friendship that is generally for the progress and development of oneself socially and morally and supported by onlookers is to some extent better. Some say 'a friend in need is a friend indeed. I had a friend, Isaiah who encouraged me to go to school, when all hope was almost dashed, now I am a graduate. Here was a Reverend Pastor who got admission into three Universities in United States, South Korea and Kenya, to study PhD in any one of them. He lost all the chances but one for lack of sponsorship and air transport fare. Isaiah helped this Pastor in getting his scholarship and money for his flight's return ticket by giving him ideas that later worked out. Just mention one problem, Isaiah would proffer solutions to solve that problem. A woman had cancer of the gullet and no money to visit the hospital for medication, Isaiah directed her to where she would find solace. The woman went and she was treated of her cancer and till date she is living without any ailment of such. What a good friend. Could you locate such a good friend?

It is wonderful to have people who become your friends, who help you a long the way. I have a friend who supported me when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. He is now in remission. She bought my sewing machine when I was trying to sell it and gave me twice the price I was asking for it. She knew we were in need since my husband wasn't working for several months. She is indeed a friend when I needed her and still is a friend.

Good friends are not only made, they are also found. Not only are they found, they are selected for oneself by God. A good friend for you may be a bad friend to another person to say the least. Once God Almighty selected a friend for you, that's all - it is done. For this reason, one must be prayerful without ceasing.

Oh, I hope I can locate a friend as good as yours. You're so lucky to have him as your friend. You're right. A friend in need is a friend indeed. I guess a good friend always offers help to needy people. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

For sure, you will have a good friend even much better than this one. This is just more than luck. You have to pray ceaselessly, God will surely answer your prayer. God never sleeps.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. I am glad to know about your friend who has helped u a lot and i think it is too difficult these days to locate a friend who will support and encourage u in all possible situations.
I think in such situations we have to have patience and faith on ourselves and on the Almighty who will definitely help us find a good friend for us. Until then we have to take every situation as it comes and fight till the end.

Wow,He is really have a big heart. A true good friend and samaritan too. God will bless those who do good things to others. Only A few people like this we will meet in our life. and I must say you are lucky to met a good friend like him.I just notice that you find a true good friend to a person who are really a worshipper of God,because God's temple is in his heart and God's spirit lives with him and so that's why he produce good things, as what God want us to do .. LOVE ONE ANOTHER. for God is Love. It is better to give than to receive. and God said through Christ Jesus that when you give water food It's also God whom you also give.This replies to the verses in the bible where Jesus said when i was hungry you give me food When I was thirsty you give me water.. etc etc.and they asked when did we see you hungry or thirsty... etc etc. and Jesus replied .. that whatever we do to others we do to Him.
