I was reading that these 6 foods can Soothe your aches by incorporating
these pain-fighters into your daily diet. They are Soy, Oily fish, ginger,
Chamomile Tea, caffeine, and cherry..

Here is another to add for inflammation that causes pain, Pineapple, best if fresh and organic, is really good too..

Um, no, usually if a fruit or vegetable is not organic, it is either been sprayed with chemicals and or is GMO, not good for anybody to consume..The organic will be more expensive and probably smaller, but worth it when you are getting "only" fruit and nothing added..

I have heard that Rose Tea and Jasmine Tea helps to soothe headaches through their smell. You just have to put a few Jasmine flower or one Rose flower for one cup of tea. When you are drinking just smell the tea and it will help relax our mind. It really works. I have tried it.
