technically, there is no official proof of finding out this. but I think the closest you can get is someway like this - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7059730/find-the-number-of-times-a-tweet-has-been-viewed Maybe trying out the CrowdBooster and Klout can help. But I have no twitter account in use and as such there is nothing much I can help here.

Message the one you following that's it. It is hard work if you have a thousands of tweeter's member that you following unlike making one tweet and all of followers could see.

As far as I know all our followers will see our tweets those we followed is not. I don't sure about this but I guess this is how tweet be seen...
