Have you ever tried eating pan seared tuna?

Eating raw food is not for me, specially tuna. Some people liked it so much. They put it on salads, Sushi, or eat it as it is. Maybe I will eat it if there's no food in the world left, lol. Can anyone tell me the taste of it? I'm just curious.
