impossible to achieve!

We've been exercising with my co worker for a few successive weeks already but just recently we stopped.It seems that the eagerness to lose weight and aspirations to look slim is really lost.Until we realized it's not that easy to achieve and we lost our hope to success our goals.How do you cope up into this kind of situation? What's the best thing to move on?

Oh well, your motivation has gone dry! Hmm, I suggest you build it up, so that you'll be able to go on or maybe you should first assess whether what you are doing is feasible. Study and analyze it first. In that way, you will not be able to waste your time, effort, energy and money. Good luck to you :)

Why not just according to your plan?In your case I think you should make a punishment plan as well when you do not according to your exercise plan then you should punish yourself such as you can not buy some new clothes in this week,I think this might help you out.

Honestly speaking I'm on the opposite person that you're thinking of. I only use this as my past time but not really my priorities. I can't stay long in the internet since my eyes hurt and it is already being advised for me that i should not stay for so long in the computer. However I admire your dedication to work.

I will say to myself that If I keep excercising, I wil lose weight. Nerver give up until success. Come on.

You will succeed if you are persistent. Carry on with the exercises - watch your diet too. Sometimes we give up just before results starts to show! You WILL loose weight if you do not stop exercising.
