Once you will understand what is the value of the hard work. Do your duty perfectly. Do not think that others are noticed your hard work. In this world no one has time to check what others are doing. Be honest in your work. Take more initiative. Once the result will come. A true person will not fail in his/her life. Have a nice day.

yeah, a lot of us would actually choose not to work if we are given enough money to live our lives comfortably. i honestly feel the same as you and would not even think of working if i am given the chance to have money and not do anything. haha ever since i graduated from college, i have never had a chance to go on a vacation and take a leave and just rest for a couple of weeks...

I can understand how you are feeling. But I would recommend that rather than getting negative, see if you can get out of that place into some place where you enjoy working. We always give our best and have the best chance of succeeding in places where we are happy to work. On the other hand, we cannot keep running from every adverse situation. So think things through and if this is a temporary phenomena then stay put, else look for a long term solution. Cheers! Ram

Perhaps you need to change jobs to find workmates more compatible with you and then you would be much happier in the work place.You are only working for money sounds sort of sad as if you wanted to be friends witht hose a twork and they did not choose to do so..Is there anyone of the work force that you like, You could cultivate a friendship that might help you to be ha pier at work.

It sounds as though you are already looking to change jobs, which seems to be the right step since you are so unhappy where you currently work. There is a big world out there, and things change. A lot can change fairly quickly, too. So, no matter how you are feeling right now, know that you can change the situation--whether it be taking a different position in a different department in the same company, getting a job at another company or even moving abroad to pursue an exciting new career.

In all reality, I have to say that if you are only working for money and not working for any other reason, then I really do feel like you might well be working in the wrong field. You see, I think that it is much better to choose to work in a field that you really enjoy, even if it does mean that you will be getting less pay, than it is to force yourself to go to work every day just for the paycheck that you will be getting.

Hello Wong, This happens with everyone in life its not that easy to find people which we like we have to search harder for them but the thing is we should not stop at any time its our faith on god that will definitely change our lives.

I think everyone are working for money, but they have chosen what they love to do, so how sucks the situation they still be able to work.., do not think about other people as long as you think that you're in the right way..

Hi, I can understand your situation. I have faced similar things at my previous work place. The people there were just actors .Talk to me sweetly and go and tell everything to others where they get good name . I thought they were my friends later realized they were not. . Yes we cannot work in such place where there is no respect .So i left that job. hope you find some new good job according to your interest.

Hi wong! It's a sad thing to know that you are having some work related problems as of the moment. I agree on the notion that we should enjoy our work because this will help us to make our job easy. It is not really a good thing that we are only working because of the financial benefit that we can get. It will eventually make us tired and unsatisfied. there are times when you will feel exhausted with what is happening in our lives.. maybe because of the unhealthy environment we live in.. if this happen to you then i think you should try something new so you will focus on the other things not just on what makes you feel bad.. i suggest why not try finding a new job or a hobby that will stress you out.. life is good just find ways to live it to its fullest..
